Summary
Linguistic Terms Explained in ASL provides experienced interpreters and Deaf scholars, as well as students in interpreter education programs across the nation, access to accurate interpretations of a core lexicon for the complex linguistic sciences. The interpretations for the terms were agreed upon by a distinguished group of Deaf and hearing linguists and interpreters from across the country and Canada who attended the Linguistics Institute held at the University of New Mexico. Features MJ Bienvenu fingerspelling each linguistic term and then explaining that term in ASL. Approximately 90 terms are discussed. Terms are organized alphabetically for easy access
