- "札西是一个机智狂傲的云游喇嘛,他因与大贵族德勒家已经死去的儿子相貌相似而成为其替身,挽救了这个家族的危机。政治对手仁钦家族使用各种手段试图揭穿扎西的面目。扎西在“妻子”德吉和妹婿土登格勒的帮助下每一次都化险为夷。扎西等人率领众贵族官员前往布达拉宫请愿,却被事先埋伏的仁钦一伙指挥藏兵全部逮捕。为保全德吉和德勒家族,扎西向噶厦政府坦白了自己的身世之谜。仁钦不依不饶,决定对扎西处以极刑。这让新上任的摄政王非常愤怒,并以此为借口打压仁钦,迫使他提出辞职。土登格勒趁机霸占了仁钦的家业和族号。西藏上层贵族之间的血腥倾轧让扎西真切地体会到农奴制的残酷。解放军渡过金沙江,拉开了解放西藏的序幕。扎西主动请缨留守拉萨,并帮助解放军在西藏站稳脚跟。土登格勒等分裂分子视扎西为眼中钉,两个昔日的盟友反目为仇......"--Container
