- "1949年的北京, 国民党特务频繁作乱, 一场大火烧掉了北平电车厂, 让北京公共交通受损. 战斗英雄出身的孙光大转业到公安局, 与经验丰富但又一身坏习气的旧警察钱有根一起调查此案. 在钱有根的帮助下, 孙光大破获了一个一个重大的案件 ; 孙光大帮助钱有根解救了赵春花, 成立了家庭. 钱有根的弟弟钱有财的死在孙光大、钱有根两人心中埋下化不开的误会. 孙光大想解开这一切的误会、给钱有财平反, 唯有抓住当事人张友一, 可张友一异常的狡猾, 数次逃过警察的搜捕. 最后, 孙光大终于抓住了张友一, 钱有财的冤屈得到平反. 钱有根经历一系列的波折, 最终喜欢上了"对头"孙光大的儿子孙卫国, 把孙卫国当成了自己的女婿、儿子, 并把自己的破案绝学传授给孙卫国. 孙光大和钱有根在国庆节的时候, 终于把酒言欢、找回了兄弟情."--Container
