- Summary
- Tatiana, a young woman who loves romance novels, falls in love with the friend of her sister's fiancé. This friend, Onegin, refuses her advances due to his inability to love. At a party Onegin flirts with Olga angering her betrothed, Lenski. Lenski and Onegin end up in a duel which ends in Onegin killing Lenski. Some years in the future, Tatiana has become a beautiful, aristocratic woman. When a lonely and miserable Onegin attempts to regain her love, she refused him and he is left to live a life filled with unhappiness
