- The poet, Gringoire and Quasimodo, the bell-ringer for the Cathedral of Notre Dame, meet a beautiful gypsy girl named Esmeralda. Gypsies are not allowed in the city of Paris and when Frollo, the Advisor to the King, tries to arrest Esmeralda she escapes with the help of Quasimodo. Gringoire eventually finds Esmeralda and Frollo is arrested by the king. Gringoire and Esmeralda are married. The audio includes every word in the eBook and a musical background
