In 1998, Ms. Ladd founded Ladd Research Group, a global qualitative market research and strategy consulting firm focused exclusively in the healthcare industry. Her client-base includes Fortune 500 companies as well as start-up companies and venture capital firms. The firm manages projects that span the entire product/business life cycle, including ideation and concept generation, competitive landscape assessments, segmentation and positioning, pricing and market launch initiatives, and repositioning/rebranding. Ms. Ladd holds a BS degree in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Ms. Ladd is an adjunct professor for the University of Cincinnati graduate business school."]
