- Summary
- Valerie Maas is a devoted, churchgoing wife and mother whose faith is shattered when she discovers that her husband Dutch is living a secret double life. And when she's subsequently arrested for the murder of a famous singer who has a big secret of his own, Valerie is as shocked as anyone-- she's the last person anyone would suspect would do such a thing. But she may actually have the best motive of all and an assistant D.A. with an election to win is determined to prove she's guilty-- even if he's wrong
