Summary
Whittier and Monica are freshmen at college. They try out for the cheerleading squad and make it, only to find that the head cheerleader has a very bad attitude. Not wanting to be a part of the attitude, both girls quit. Since they want to cheer, they decide to take a ragtag bunch of misfits and turn them into a squad. Since only one squad can represent the college at a national cheerleading contest, the two squads have a cheer off to decide who should be the varsity squad that goes to nationals
