- One day, the man on the moon, became bored and hitches a ride to Earth, on the tails end of a passing comet. An 'attack from outer space' alarm rings into the President's headquarters, and the search for the Moon Man begins. However, the Moon Man must get back fast, before the President can capture him. The absence of the Moon Man means that all the world's children are unable to sleep
