"鲍起静饰演的李奶奶,是个热心人,一生有三个子女,不过生活却一直不太如意,主要原因是好赌的小儿子欠下巨额债务,全家人不得不替他还债。剧中,鲍起静、高明、于荣光等热心公益的邻居,自发组建了一个“劝和小组”,专门处理邻里间鸡毛蒜皮的各种小矛盾,劝大家和好如初。由于他们的出发点是“扶危济困”,因此经过一段时间的工作后,劝和小组的声望在小区打响,并成了小区里最为“吃香”的公益组织。家家有本难念的经,虽然李奶奶是劝和小组的组长和谈判专家,常帮助别人化解劝家庭矛盾,但面对自家的困境,却显得有些力不从心。《劝和小组》讲述了由几个普通居民组成的“劝和小组”,帮助其他居民走出困境的故事。这些故事中有夫妻感情不和的家庭矛盾,也有鸡毛蒜皮的邻里冲突。而小组成员中不仅有“富二代”,也有寂寞留守的空巢老人。“劝和小组”因为一起跳楼事件而走到一起,在帮助别人、协同劝和的过程中,他们自己的种种问题也得到了解决。"--Container
