Summary
Now in its 23rd season, Dick Wolf's iconic crime drama continues to set records as the longest-running U.S. primetime live-action series in history. Capt. Olivia Benson returns as commander of the Special Victims Unit, a dedicated squad of detectives who investigate vicious crimes of sexual assault and domestic violence. Benson is joined by her second-in-command, Sgt. Odafin "Fin" Tutuola, Senior Det. Amanda Rollins, Officer Katriona "Kat" Azar Tamin, Assistant District Attorney Dominick "Sonny" Carisi, and Deputy Chief Christian Garland. As the series prepares for its historic 500th episode and a year packed with new cases ripped straight from the headlines, the SVU squad is more committed than ever to stand for victims in the pursuit of justice
