- Summary
- Cyber Security & Technology Crime Bureau Inspector Siu Mei-ting (Hera Chan) and her friend cum mentor at work Senior Inspector Szeto Chung (Mat Yeung) have tackled a variety of tech, online and phone scams together. While working on a case of online dating, Szeto Chung encounters his ex-partner Cheung Wai (Samantha Ko). Szeto Chung and Cheung Wai fall back in love as Cheung Wai has coincidentally separated from her ex-husband Shum Chi-ho (Stephen Wong). Mei-ting is troubled as she made her family lose their money through a scam. Luckily, Szeto Chung provides her with support which pushes her to stand up again and start over. In the meantime, a London Gold scam is stirring panic throughout the town. The city is in a state of peril even with the involvement of Cheung Wai and Chi-ho. The scams are controlled by a powerful organization, and its mastermind is the culprit behind scamming Mei-ting's family. Together, Szeto Chung and Mei-ting work hand in hand to take down the scammers
