- Summary
-
- Gas-s-s-s: When a deadly gas kills everyone over 25, the world devolves into a chaotic and zany struggle for power. And as a band of peace-loving hippies goes cross-country to find utopia--only to find football fascists and demented dictators--they soon discover that even the American dream has a touch of gas!
- The trip: Paul Groves is a TV commercial director whose estranged wife, Sally, is pressuring him to sign their divorce papers. Feeling strain in both his professional and his personal life, Paul talks to a guru named John, who suggests that an acid trip will cure what ails him
